1. Description of Service
Check Page SEO provides a browser-based extension that allows users to audit on-page SEO elements, analyze competitors, generate structured AI prompts, and view Google Search Console data. The extension processes webpage data locally within your browser.
2. Subscriptions, Free Trials, and Billing
A. Freemium Model and Trials We may offer a free version of the Service and/or a free trial of our premium features. At the end of a free trial period, you will lose access to premium features unless you upgrade to a paid subscription.
B. Monthly Subscriptions Premium features are billed on a monthly subscription basis. By upgrading, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processors, such as Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
C. Cancellations and Refunds You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will prevent future billing, and you will retain premium access until the end of your current billing cycle. Because our Service provides immediate access to digital reports and data, all payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any local, state, national, or international laws.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Check Page SEO Chrome Extension.
- Attempt to bypass any usage limits or paywalls.
- Resell, rent, or sublicense the Service without an explicit Enterprise or Agency agreement with us.
- Use the Service to scrape or aggressively crawl websites in a manner that violates their respective Terms of Service or overloads their servers.
4. Third-Party Integrations and External Tools
A. Google Search Console (GSC) Our Service allows you to optionally connect your GSC account. We request read-only access to display your analytics. By using this feature, you also agree to be bound by Google’s Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of data provided by Google.
B. AI Prompt Generation Our Service generates text-based prompts intended for use with external Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT or Claude. We do not own, operate, or control these third-party AI tools. You are solely responsible for reviewing the content generated by these external tools and ensuring it meets your standards before publishing.
5. Intellectual Property
All right, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding your personal GSC data and the websites you audit), including its code, design, logos, and proprietary N-Gram analysis algorithms, are and will remain the exclusive property of Check Page SEO.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties (The “No Ranking Guarantee”)
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
SEO Disclaimer: Search engine algorithms (like Google’s) change constantly and are outside of our control. Check Page SEO is an analytical tool designed to provide data and recommendations. We do not guarantee that using our Service will result in higher search engine rankings, increased traffic, or any specific financial outcome. You implement SEO changes at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Check Page SEO and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, use, or goodwill, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
