Check Page SEO provides a browser-based extension that allows users to audit on-page SEO elements, analyze competitors, generate structured AI prompts, and view Google Search Console data. The extension processes webpage data locally within your browser and communicates with our secure servers to manage user credits and memberships.
2. Accounts, Credits, and Billing
A. Freemium Credit System Upon creating a free account, users are granted an allocation of complimentary credits. These free credits reset periodically according to your active billing cycle or account tier. Free credits are non-accruing and do not roll over to subsequent periods.
B. Top-Up Credit Purchases Users may purchase additional “Top-Up” credit packs. Unlike monthly free allocations, purchased Top-Up credits roll over and remain valid for a full 12 months (365 days) from the date of purchase. Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for fiat currency.
C. Final Sales and No Refunds You may close your account at any time. Because our Service provides immediate, on-demand server processing, digital software access, and downloadable reports, all credit pack purchases and membership plans are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws. Unused purchased credits will be permanently forfeited if you close or delete your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any local, state, national, or international laws.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Check Page SEO Chrome Extension.
- Attempt to bypass any usage limits, artificially inflate your credit balance, or manipulate our API endpoints.
- Resell, rent, or sublicense the Service without an explicit commercial agreement with us.
- Use the Service to scrape or aggressively crawl websites in a manner that violates their respective Terms of Service or overloads their infrastructure.
4. Third-Party Integrations and External Tools
A. Google Search Console (GSC) Our Service allows you to optionally connect your GSC account to view performance metrics. We request read-only access for display purposes. By using this feature, you agree to be bound by Google’s Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of data provided by Google.
B. AI Prompt Generation Our Service generates structured text prompts intended for use with external Large Language Models (LLMs). We do not own, operate, or control these third-party AI tools. You are solely responsible for reviewing the content generated by external platforms before publishing or utilizing it.
5. Intellectual Property
All right, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding your personal GSC data and the websites you audit), including its underlying code, design, logos, and proprietary analysis algorithms, are and will remain the exclusive property of Check Page SEO.
